No Objection to the erection of new garden, however there is a footpath running behind this property which must not be blocked in any way by inaccessible gates, we also understand there are lights installed on or near the wall facing the Highway, these need approval and not cause issues with traffic or possible light pollution to surrounding properties. The Parish Council have also been made aware that a building has been erected on the footpath behind Restrop Lodge.
