PEDESTRIAN CROSSING – COWLEAZE, PURTON(Previously advertised as 2019)NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 16th March 2021 Wiltshire Council made the above mentioned Order 1 under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 the effect of which is to introduce a 7.5 tonne weight restriction except for access on the following length of road: The Buffer – from its junction with Cowleaze to its junction with B4553 Purton Road As part of this project, under Section 23 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the installation of a Zebra pedestrian crossing in the following length of road: Cowleaze - at a point 10 metres east of its junction with The Farm. A copy of Order 1 can be obtained via email request to person aggrieved by the Order and desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any provision contained in the Order on the grounds that it is not within the powers of the relevant Section of the above Act or on the grounds that any requirement of that Section or of Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act or any regulation made under the said Schedule, has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
